Alexandra Pool

Located within Molyneux Park off Centennial Avenue in Alexandra, Alexandra Pool opened in December 2002 and was officially opened in April 2003. It replaced the former Centennial Baths and has been a key part of the community ever since.

The facility combines indoor and outdoor spaces, offering options for recreation, fitness, learning and relaxation all year round.

Indoor Facilities

• 25m, 6 lane lap pool: shallow end 1.05m, deep end 2.0m
• Large Combined Therapeutic and Learners’ Pool: maximum depth of 1.36m
• Toddler’s pool
• Spa pool: popular during the winter months

Outdoor Facilities

• 25m outdoor pool: shallow end 0.35m, deep end 1.46m
• Beach entry Toddler’s Pool 0.51m deep
• Expansive grass area ideal for relaxing in summer

Alexandra Pool caters for water play, lane swimming, learn to swim programmes and health and fitness activities. A range of programmes run throughout the year, including swimming lessons, aqua fitness classes, holiday programmes and pool parties.
