Ida MacDonald Roxburgh Community Pool

Located at the north end of Cheviot Street this is a great place to take the family to cool off over summer or to keep fit swimming laps in the long outdoor pool. For spectators, there is a large area of shade with seating.

The new pool features a 25m four-lane heated main pool, a 10m learners’ pool and a toddlers’ beach pool plus new change rooms, office space and a plant room. Both the learners’ and main pools have ramps for access.

The Roxburgh Pool is operated by a local committee and is open over the summer months. Key fobs can be purchased from the pool shop from 1pm to 5pm daily. Enquires can be made by contacting 027 474 0029 (1pm-5pm) or 03 446 8773.

Please note: due to there being no lifeguards on duty, anyone under 18 is required to be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
