The pool opens to the public at the beginning of December and closes in April, dependent on the weather conditions.

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Public Holidays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2025 Season Update
Ranfurly Pool Operating Hours (Effective from Monday, 24 February 2025):
Opening Times-
- Monday: 3.15pm - 6pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 10am – 5.30pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 5pm
- Public Holidays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The Ranfurly Pool will be adjusting its operating hours for the rest of the 2025 season. We have worked hard to keep the pool fully staffed throughout the 2024-2025 season, but as our fantastic summer crew returns to university, we are facing staffing shortages. This means that there will be some changes to our operating hours, along with specific days and times when the pool will be closed.
