Located at 18 John Street, the Ranfurly Pool is a much-loved community facility providing a place for locals and visitors to enjoy swimming, fitness, and recreation.

The pool has been part of the Ranfurly community for many years, providing generations of families with a place to learn to swim, stay active, cool off during the summer months, and connect with others. Over time, it has become more than just a swimming facility, it is a place where friendships are made, memories are created, and the community comes together.

The facility features a 5-lane, 30-metre heated main pool and a toddlers’ pool, catering for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether you are swimming laps, enjoying time in the water with the family, or taking part in local activities, the Ranfurly Pool offers a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Supported by a friendly local team, the pool continues to play an important role in supporting health, wellbeing, and community connection in the Maniototo region.
